We ship to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Processing takes 2-4 business days.
For shipping times, refer to your shipping estimate at checkout and your tracking number after your shipping label has been created. Thank you for your patience!
We cannot guarantee that changes will be made before your order is packed and shipped. Please contact clarabeara@obairlann.com as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.
We accept returns and exchanges for unused items within 30 days of purchase.

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and email our customer care team at clarabeara@obairlann.com. We’ll make it right.
If the damage was caused by your pet, you’re covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Send your damaged product back to us, and we’ll send you a new one. Head to our warranty page for details.
Unfortunately we cannot cover damage caused by humans or wear and tear.
