If your pet damages a Clara Beara product, send it to us, and we’ll send you a new one.

Warranty FAQ

  • Our warranty covers damage caused by pets. A product is damaged if it can no longer be used for its intended purpose.

    COVERED: Biting, chewing, pulling, or other damage caused by pets

    NOT COVERED: Drops, scratches, abrasion, discoloration, wear and tear, other damage caused by humans, unwanted products

  • For warranty returns, you pay for shipping back to us, and we’ll pay for shipping to you.

  • We design and manufacture our products to last. Our warranty does not expire.

  • All pet products are covered. Products for humans are not.

Warranty Claims

  1. Fill out the claim form below.

  2. Our customer care team will process the claim.

  3. When approved, send your damaged product back to us.

  4. When we receive your product, we’ll send you a new one at no cost.
